WASHINGTON Apr 18, 2007 (AP)— The Supreme Court upheld the nationwide ban on a controversial abortion procedure Wednesday, handing abortion opponents the long-awaited victory they expected from a more conservative bench.

The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion. Read the entire article ….

    YAY! It’s a start!

Indeed it is. I pray the time is short for the entire barbaric practice of mother’s allowing their unborn to be slaughtered by the thousands everyday. It truly is a practice done entirely for the money, with no regard for the damage it causes women, let alone the death it causes for the innocents.

    Hi Ladies :)

How was vacation Bridget? Hope you had some quality R & R.

    Hi, Tammi.

Vacation was AWESOME. :) It was definitely one of those once in a lifetime things. My siblings (ages 11 and 8) had a blast… and, believe it or not, vacation with kids is great. The resort has its ow (huge) water park and aquarium, so we could let the kids run around with minimal supervision. I swam, ate waaayy too much food (Vegas-style buffet every night), gambled and won a few hundred bucks (my first time gambling!), went on water slides (hands down fav: near-vertical drop that goes into a Plexiglass tube that runs through a shark tank: when you’re at the top, all you see is the sharks circling below), and generally enjoyed myself far too much.

I like the new avatar. Very distinguished. :)

PS. I couldn’t think what that picture thingy was called — an avatar! Thanks :)
